Volunteer of the Month
Our Volunteer for the month of June is Paula Joerling. Originally from Cincinnati, Paula and her husband Tom spent the last 30 years in Atlanta. Moving to Black Mountain two years ago was a dream come true for them.
Paula works as a product designer and illustrator for the home décor industry. Her work can be found on Christmas décor, fabric, calendars, and garden flags. In her “spare” time Paula enjoys gardening, reading and traveling. She delights in volunteering with Friends of the Library and is proud to support the Black Mountain Library as it is such an essential part of this wonderful community she loves. Paula’s creativity and enthusiasm are great assets for FOL.Thanks Paula!
