Library Rocks in the Parade
Our little library was rockin’ at the annual Black Mountain Holiday parade!
Poodle-skirted librarians, pink ladies, balloon dogs, two Fonzies and many elves marched down State Street playing off of the theme of “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree.” Speaking of Christmas trees – our float sported a tree made from books. How’s that for creative recycling?
Many hours went into this year’s parade from creating and decorating the float to walking and passing out candy. Enjoy the photos!
