Gift Basket Help Needed!
You all know FOL has been selling gift baskets in our bookstore. They have turned out to be super popular and a great way for FOL to raise additional funds for our library. Each basket features a theme, for example, Mother’s Basket, Puppy Love, Rest and Relaxation, Your Golf Game, etc. The baskets contain books (of course!), as well as some other small gifts. We have plenty of special books we’ve set aside, but we are out of small gifts.
FOL members, we need your help!
Please clean out your closets and drawers and donate small, like new, gift items that you don’t need or don’t want. We like pretty teacups, fancy bars of soap, lotion, or other similar toiletries. This is a good time to clean out your holiday items — we can use any small Christmas ornaments you no longer need. We also need small pet items — dog and cat baskets are always popular. Use your imagination! We can incorporate just about anything into a basket! Please bring your treasures to the library community room Tuesday mornings between 10 and 12 — we’ll be there waiting for you!
