Calling All Creatives for a Collaborative Community Art Show 📚🎨
In another cool collaboration between our library and the art center, everyone is invited to take part in a community art show that will be held February 3-24, 2023 at the Black Mountain Center for the Arts!
This show is a fundraiser with the proceeds from the sale of art going to the Black Mountain Library and Black Mountain Center for the Arts.
Interested in participating?
- Pick up a discarded book at the Black Mountain Center for the Arts or the Library. Books will be available for pickup through January 20.
- Use your imagination and your book to create a unique work of art!
- If you would like your creation to be in the show, it must include pages from a book or parts of a book. Any pieces with lewd imagery or profanity will not be included.
- Once your masterpiece is complete, drop it off at either location. Submissions will be accepted January 23-31.
